Membership Terms of Use

Article 1 (Members)
1. "Member" refers to an individual who applies for membership after agreeing to these Terms and Conditions in accordance with the procedures established by the Company.
2. "Member Information" refers to information concerning the member's attributes and the member's transaction history, etc., that the member discloses to the Company.
3. These terms and conditions apply to all members and must be observed during and after the registration process.

Article 2 (Registration)
1. Membership qualifications Customers who agree to these terms and conditions and apply for membership will be eligible to become members after completing the required registration procedures. Membership registration procedures must be completed by the person who will become a member. Registration by proxy is not permitted under any circumstances. Special symbols, old kanji characters, Roman numerals, etc. cannot be used when registering member information. If such characters are registered, we will change them.

3. Password Management
(1) Passwords may only be used by the Member himself/herself and may not be transferred or lent to a third party.
(2) Members are responsible for managing their passwords, including by changing them regularly, to prevent them from being known to others.
(3) Any expression of intent made to the Company using a password will be deemed to be the member's own expression of intent, and the member will be responsible for all payments etc. arising therefrom.

Article 3 (Changes)
1. If there are any changes to the information provided to the Company, such as name or address, a Member must promptly notify the Company.
2. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred as a result of failure to register changes. Please note that even if changes are registered, any transactions that have already been processed before the changes are registered will be carried out based on the information before the changes are registered.

Article 4 (Withdrawal)
If a member wishes to cancel their membership, they must complete the cancellation procedure themselves. Your membership will be cancelled once the cancellation procedure has been completed.

Article 5 (Termination of Membership and Obligation to Compensate)
1. If a member makes a false statement when applying for membership, if he/she fails to pay for mail order purchases, or if there is any other reason that the Company deems the member unsuitable to be a member, the Company may cancel the member's membership.
2. If a member commits any of the acts listed below, he/she will be liable to compensate the Company for any damages suffered as a result.
(1) Unauthorized use of membership number and password
(2) Interfering with our business by accessing this website and falsifying information or sending harmful computer programs to this website.
(3) Engaging in any act that infringes the intellectual property rights of the products handled by our company
(4) Any other conduct that violates these Membership Terms and Conditions.

Article 6 (Handling of Member Information)
1. In principle, the Company will not disclose member information to third parties without the prior consent of the member. However, in the following cases, the Company may disclose member information and other customer information without the prior consent of the member.
(1) When disclosure is required by law
(2) When the Company determines it is necessary to protect the Company's rights, interests, reputation, etc.

Article 7 (Prohibitions)
When using this service, members are prohibited from engaging in any of the following acts.

Article 8 (Interruption or Suspension of Service)

2. We do not guarantee that email content sent from our web pages, servers, domains, etc. does not contain harmful items such as computer viruses.
3. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred as a result of a Member's violation of these Terms and Conditions, etc.

Article 11 (Revision of these Terms)
The Company may revise these Terms at its discretion, and may also stipulate terms that supplement these Terms (hereinafter referred to as "Supplementary Terms"). Any revisions or supplements to these Terms shall take effect when the revised Terms or Supplementary Terms are posted on the Company's designated website. In such cases, Members shall comply with the revised Terms and Supplementary Terms.

Article 12 (Governing Law, Court of Jurisdiction)
In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions, the district court with jurisdiction over our head office location shall be the court of first instance with exclusive jurisdiction.
